Banking group BNL has extended its agreement to serve as a main partner of the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI).
The two-year renewal of the long-standing association covers the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and secures BNL – an Italian subsidiary of French financial institution BNP Paribas – as CONI’s exclusive provider of banking and financial services.
CONI and BNL will collaborate on a range of educational and training opportunities relating to both sport and financial services.
BNL has a prominent presence across sport in Italy as a partner of 44 sports federations, along with the Italian Paralympic Committee and its associated federations. Since 2007 it has been the title sponsor of the Internazionali d’Italia ATP men’s tennis tournament in Rome.
