The Big3 basketball league has gained another sponsorship boost ahead of its third season this summer by naming insurance company State Farm as its exclusive official insurer.
As part of the deal, State Farm will get branding on basket stanchion pads, centre court jumbotrons, and courtside LED signage at all Big3 venues this season.
The Illinois-based insurer will also be a presenting partner for the Big3 Basketball Tournament July 7 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
The professional three-on-three league for former NBA professionals, co-founded by hip hop star Ice Cube and entertainment executive Jeff Kwatinetz, also has commercial partnerships with Toyota, cannabidiol (CBD) oil brand cbdMD, Adidas and lifestyle brand Alex and Ani.
This year’s campaign begins June 22 at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, and will be broadcast on CBS.
