Betting company BetStars has signed a partnership with the British Horseracing Authority (BHA).
BetStars – a division of sports betting giant PokerStars, which is operated by Canadian gaming company Amaya – launched its new sportsbook service in January.
BetStars has become an ‘authorised betting partner’ of the BHA, ensuring it will make a voluntary contribution to British racing.
The deal was agreed ahead of the Grand National at Aintree on Saturday, which was won by David Mullins riding Rule The World.
