Betclic signs Major Partner deal with Girondins de Bordeaux

Online gaming group Betclic has signed as the back-of-shirt sponsor for Ligue 1 club Girondins de Bordeaux.

Under the two-year major partner deal, Bordeaux-based Betclic will benefit from comprehensive brand visibility rights, including VIP and customer invitations for all home matches.

It will also set up of promotional events for supporters and create customised digital devices.

French sports newspaper L’Equipe reported in April that Betclic had signed with the club, but the deal was not officially announced until now.

Betclic takes over from French online betting and poker brand Winamax, which came to the end of a two-year deal with Girondins de Bordeaux this summer.
