Ferry company Stena Line has agreed to become the title sponsor of Northern Irish Elite Ice Hockey League team Belfast Giants for a third successive season.
The team will be known as the Stena Line Belfast Giants for the 2013-14 season. Stena Line has supported Belfast Giants since 2008 and has been title sponsor of the team since 2011.
As a result of the new title sponsorship deal, Stena Line’s branding will also continue to appear on the front of players’ jerseys for the upcoming Elite Ice Hockey League campaign.
In addition, Stena Line will also ferry the team to away games in the UK for the 2013-14 season, as well as transporting visiting teams to Belfast for Giants home matches.
