Australian goods and services trading company Bartercard has announced a one-year sponsorship deal with Melbourne Renegades for the third season of the Big Bash League Twenty20 cricket tournament.
Bartercard will officially serve as a major partner to the Renegades throughout the BBL, every game of which airs live on a free-to-air basis via Australian commercial broadcaster Ten.
The Bartercard logo will feature on the lower back and front right chest of the Renegades’ playing jerseys.
“This summer we’re entering an exciting new phase of the competition, which will be broadcast live for the first time on a free-to-air television network thanks to Cricket Australia’s five-year deal with Ten,” Renegades chief executive Stuart Coventry said.
“We expect sponsor interest will continue to grow as more people are exposed to the unique brand of entertainment offered by the Melbourne Renegades.”
