Italian food producer Barilla Group has sealed a main sponsorship deal to support Italy's national basketball teams.
The length of the agreement with the FIP, the sport’s governing body in Italy, was not disclosed. However, the deal will cover the 2015 EuroBasket national team men’s tournament in September.
The partnership covers senior and youth men’s and women’s teams.
Barilla Group specialises in bread and past production and distributes food products to more than 100 countries.
