US insurance provider Allstate has expanded its commercial agreement with the ongoing 2015 Gold Cup, the biennial national team showpiece of the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football.
Allstate is an official sponsor of the tournament and now becomes the ‘official protector’ of the Gold Cup trophy ahead of the seven-city Gold Cup trophy tour.
The tour began in Dallas this week ahead of the matches between defending champion United States and Honduras, and Panama versus Haiti.
It will call at Chicago, Kansas City, Charlotte, Baltimore and Atlanta to correspond with Gold Cup fixtures and conclude with the final matches in Philadelphia on July 24-26.
At each stop, Allstate will organise a range of community events benefitting local youth football at the Allstate Fan Zone.
Allstate joined Concacaf as a first-time sponsor of the Gold Cup in March. Under the agreement, Allstate serves as the official auto, life, home and retirement insurance partner of the competition.
