The Australian Football League’s (AFL) Adelaide Crows Aussie rules club has extended a partnership with car maker Toyota.
The new deal will run for two years, from 2015 to 2016.
Toyota has been a commercial partner of Adelaide since 1991, making it one of the longest relationships in the AFL.
“We often say that stability is a hallmark of our club and our relationship with Toyota epitomises that,” Adelaide chairman Rob Chapman said. “The club is in great shape and Toyota has had a big part to play. Their willingness to extend the partnership also reflects the faith they have in where our club is heading.”
Toyota Motor Corporation Australia regional manager Robert Nunan added: “We have been there from day one and our partnership with the Adelaide has played a significant role in our success. It has helped us to gain market leadership in South Australia – in addition to every other state and territory.”
