Dutch sports drink brand AA Drink has agreed a deal to become a national supplier of the 2016 European Athletics Championships, which will take place in Amsterdam this summer.
The deal, financial terms of which were not disclosed, names the brand the official sports drink of the event.
Under the agreement, AA Drink products will be available to athletes at Amsterdam’s Olympic Stadium, where its branding will also be visible. In addition, AA Drink will serve as the official sports drink of the Brooks 10k Champions Run in the city on July 10.
AA Drink joins Le Champion, Arlanxeo, Vanbreda, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Fleurop as national suppliers of the championships, which will take place from July 6-10.
