Tyre manufacturer Yokohama Tire Corporation has reached a two-year sponsorship deal with NBA basketball team Los Angeles Clippers.
Under the agreement, YTC will benefit from courtside signage at Clippers home games, game day advertisement spots on the team’s official radio station, in-arena displays on LED boards and in-game public address system announcements.
Additionally, it will receive signage on the LED arm stanchions on each basket, a digital presence on the Clippers’ website and television advertisements on the Fox Sports West and Prime Ticket regional sports networks to boost awareness of dealer promotions later in the season.
YTC is the North American manufacturing and marketing arm of the Tokyo-based Yokohama Rubber Corporation and adds the Clippers to a sports sponsorship roster that includes partnerships with NFL American football franchises Chicago Bears, Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots along with Cincinnati Reds, Los Angeles Angels and New York Yankees of baseball’s MLB.
