Major League Baseball team the New York Yankees has entered into a multi-year partnership with real estate firm Halstead Property.
The deal names New York-based Halstead as the Yankees’ official luxury residential real estate partner. Halstead will benefit from exclusive sponsorship in the luxury real estate category.
Under the agreement, the firm’s branding will be showcased at the team’s Yankee Stadium on game days, while the two parties will also collaborate on cross-promotional activities and community outreach programmes.
Branding inside Yankee Stadium will include advertising on televisions, a permanent in-field porch sign above the Yankees on-deck circle, and sponsorship of the ‘Starting Lineups’ screen feature. The stadium’s Third Base Champions Lounge will also be renamed Halstead Lounge.
The Yankees will support Halstead’s Helping Hands philanthropic arm by providing memorabilia and tickets, with ex-players to also feature at charity events.
Bryan Calka, the Yankees’ vice-president of partnerships, said: “We are confident that this partnership will help continue to grow its brand presence and re-affirm Halstead as the industry leader in the luxury real estate market.”
