The World Archery governing body has extended its partnership with Korean automotive manufacturer Kia Motors through 2015.
The new two-year deal will begin immediately meaning that Kia will remain one of World Archery’s official sponsors alongside Spor Toto, Fila, Turkish Airlines and Longines.
Under the deal, Kia Motors will continue to sponsor various international competitions organised by World Archery.
The company will also retain its title as the official car sponsor of the Archery World Cup. The company first began its support of the World Cup when the competition launched in 2006.
Last year, Kia expanded its live archery event sponsorship to include partnerships on pan-regional sports broadcaster Eurosport’s programming and awareness campaigns.
World Archery recently signed a three-year deal with Eurosport for coverage of the sport through 2016.
