Australian A-League football club Western Sydney Wanderers has signed its latest shirt sponsorship deal for the 2018-19 season.
Investment manager Centuria Capital Group becomes the club’s co-major partner and will feature on the front of the Wanderers’ A-League home jersey, sleeve of the Wanderers’ women’s W-League jersey and back-of-shirt for the Y-League youth and academy jerseys.
Centuria Capital Group chairman Garry Charny said: “Centuria has an extensive property exposure in the greater Sydney region, in particular in metropolitan markets. Western Sydney is one of the region’s fastest-growing precincts and as a group we have a corporate philosophy of supporting our local communities.
“Centuria’s core criteria are championing youth development, encouraging youth in sport and supporting gender diversity and equality in all areas. We are actively looking for opportunities to discharge our community obligations as a corporate and in a manner that meets these criteria.”
Earlier this month, sportswear retailer JD Sports agreed a shirt sponsorship deal with the Wanderers. The contract named JD Sports as the club’s co-major front of shirt partner for the 2018-19 A-League season.
The partnership will see JD Sport’s insignia on the front of the Wanderers A-League away and third kits.
