The Dacia brand of French automotive manufacturer Renault has renewed its deal with Udinese, which includes shirt sponsorship of the Italian Serie A football club and naming rights to its home stadium.
The extended deal will run until at least 2020. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, although Udinese vice-president Stefano Campoccia said the deal is a “sponsorship of which we and Dacia have invested a lot”.
Under the agreement, Stadio Friuli will be named the Dacia Arena, while Dacia will also retain its front-of-shirt branding on Udinese’s playing jerseys.
Romanian marque Dacia has been Udinese’s main sponsor since 2009.
