German real estate group Big Bau has enhanced its sponsorship deal with THW Kiel, which plays in the country’s Handball Bundesliga top-tier domestic club competition.
Big Bau will now serve as a second-tier team sponsor of THW Kiel, alongside the likes of Adidas, Famila, Provinzial, Chefs Culinar and Warsteiner. Terms of the new agreement were not disclosed.
The company already benefits from branding placement on the team’s playing shorts.
THW Kiel is currently second in the 2016-17 Bundesliga, having finished third in the previous season. The club has won the Bundesliga a record 20 times, most recently in 2014-15.
