Australian A-League football team Sydney FC has signed a kit partnership deal with sportswear giant Puma.
The agreement is effective from the 2015-16 A-League season and runs for four years until the end of the 2018-19 campaign.
Puma will design Sydney FC’s home and away A-League kits, along with specific strips for the domestic FFA Cup knockout competition and the Asian Champions League.
Sydney FC’s W-League team, National Youth League side and academy teams will also wear Puma kits under the deal, the financial terms of which were not disclosed.
Elsewhere, Sydney FC has secured tax services firm the Income Tax Professionals (ITP) as its front-of-shorts sponsor for the 2015-16 season.
ITP’s branding will feature on the kit for A-League and FFA Cup matches, and it will benefit from match-day activations, hospitality and LED signage.
The sponsorship marks ITP’s first venture into football.
