Swisse adds Super Rugby rights to ARU partnership

Vitamin and supplements brand Swisse Wellness has enhanced its association with the Australian Rugby Union by becoming the official vitamin and supplement partner of the Super Rugby club competition in the country.

Swisse, which already serves as the official vitamin and supplement partner of the Australian national team, will sponsor all Super Rugby matches in the country until 2019 after it agreed a four-year deal with the ARU.

Under the agreement, Swisse’s branding will appear on grass signage, match balls and the uniforms of ball boys and girls during Super Rugby games played in Australia.

“As one of the world’s leading wellness brand, Swisse is committed to supporting Australia’s elite rugby teams as they exemplify the positive benefits of an active, healthy lifestyle,” ARU chief executive Rob Clarke said.

Earlier today (Friday), the Brumbies defeated the Hurricanes 52-10 in Canberra in the opening game of the 2016 Australian Super Rugby season.
