German Bundesliga football team VfB Stuttgart has signed an extension to its kit partnership with sportswear company Puma.
Although the terms of the deal were not disclosed, the club confirmed the new agreement is a “long-term” extension.
Under the deal, Puma will continue to manufacture and supply kit for the Stuttgart first team as well as the club’s youth-level squads. It has performed this role since 2002.
Puma will also continue to serve as an official sponsor of the team’s ‘VfB Fritzle-Clubs’ young supporters initiative.
Stuttgart is currently 15th in the Bundesliga and faces a home game against SC Paderborn 07 on Saturday.
