Italian Serie A football club AS Roma has entered into a partnership with internet services company Linkem.
The two-year deal will run until 2019 and result in the launch of the ‘Partner of the Future’ project. Linkem, which is based in Rome, will serve as the technical supplier of high-performance connectivity services at the club’s operational centres.
Under the agreement, Linkem’s logo will feature on the front of the jerseys worn by Roma’s youth teams.
The club, with the help of four first-team players, will also become an advertising ambassador for Linkem, while the company will receive significant brand exposure at Roma’s Stadio Olimpico home ground, on multimedia platforms and in official club stores.
In addition, Linkem will give Roma fans the chance to win unique experiences with the club and players.
“AS Roma believes this collaboration to be of the utmost strategic importance in supporting the growth of the club, both in Italy and internationally,” Roma chief executive Umberto Gandini said. “It will underpin our growth both on and off the field, starting with further consolidation of our youth activities.”
