RFEF extends deal with healthcare company

The RFEF, the governing body of football in Spain, has renewed a partnership with healthcare provider Sanitas.

The length of the agreement was not disclosed.

Sanitas, as the official medical provider to Spain’s national team, will provide assistance to the men’s team ahead of the Uefa Euro 2016 national team tournament in France, as well as the U-21 and women’s teams.

“We have been working in sports for many years,” Sanitas chief executive Iñaki Ereño said. “We've gathered experience in amateur and professional football, but linking up with the Spain squad is the icing on the cake.”
