Coca-Cola Company-owned isotonic drinks brand Powerade has been named as the official hydration sponsor of this year’s edition of the Caribbean Premier League Twenty20 cricket competition.
Powerade will also work as a partner of the Trinbago Knight Riders, Jamaica Tallawahs, Barbados Tridents and St Kitts & Nevis Patriots during the competition, which runs from August 4 to September 9.
Powerade has launched the ‘Stay on Fire with Powerade’ slogan for the tournament.
Chris Gayle (pictured) is among the high-profile names set to compete in this year's tournament, with the West Indies star to turn out for the Patriots.
