The Air France airline has agreed a three-year deal to become an official partner of the Paris Marathon.
The agreement will cover the 2016, 2017 and 2018 editions of the race. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, the airline’s parent company Air France-KLM will provide competitors with discounted travel offers in the days leading up to and following the race, which this year takes place on April 3.
Air France joins Banane de Guadeloupe Martinique, Isostar, Tag Heuer and Vittel as tier-three official partners of the race. Energy management company Schneider Electric is the current title sponsor of the event, with Japanese sportswear manufacturer Asics serving as the sole tier-two major sponsor.
