NFL’s Vikings expand partnership with 3M

Global science and technology company 3M has agreed a long-term extension to its partnership with NFL American football franchise the Minnesota Vikings.

The expanded agreement will run for 10 years, from 2016-17 to 2025-26.

3M will serve as the team’s official science partner and will work with the franchise on a series of creative media projects.

The firm will benefit from branding placement on signage inside the team’s new US Bank Stadium home, including a permanent sign in the northeast corner of the stadium.

In addition, 3M, which has supplied a host of materials for the construction of the stadium, will become the preferred supplier of branded first aid stations at the new facility.
