Japanese IT services company NEC has opted to extend its title sponsorship of the International Tennis Federation’s Wheelchair Tennis Masters tournament.
The deal will run for three years, from 2015 until the end of 2017.
Under the agreement, the tournament, which forms part of the ITF Wheelchair Tennis Tour, will continue to be known as the NEC Wheelchair Tennis Masters.
NEC has been a sponsor of the Tour since its inception 1992 and will continue to serve as an official sponsor of the series under the renewed deal.
The ITF Wheelchair Tennis Tour features more than 160 tournaments in over 40 countries around the world. The Tour also includes the wheelchair tennis events at all four Grand Slam tennis tournaments.
