Australian cinema chain Hoyts has entered into a partnership with the country’s National Basketball League.
The one-season deal will run for the duration of the 2015-16 campaign.
Under the agreement, Hoyts will serve as the NBL’s official cinema partner and screen official league advertisements before film showings at cinemas across the country.
Hoyts will also work with the NBL on a number of consumer promotions and will give fans the chance to win cinema tickets throughout the course of the deal.
Jeremy Loeliger, general manager of the NBL, said: “This relationship is very complimentary for both brands, as the NBL and Hoyts are both premium lifestyle brands that appeal to both a young demographic and families.”
