English Premier League football club Manchester City has entered into a partnership with Indonesian automotive components producer Astra Otoparts.
The agreement names Astra Otoparts an official regional partner of the club. The length of the partnership was not disclosed.
Under the agreement, Astra Otoparts will receive digital and television advertising across Manchester City’s various platforms. Merchandise giveaways and club experiences will be organised between the two parties, while co-branded products will also be developed.
“Football is a favourite sport for many people in Indonesia, regardless of age or demographic,” Yusak Kristian, director of Astra Otoparts, said. “Therefore, having a partnership with Manchester City Football Club will allow us to get closer to our potential consumers and to strengthen our commitment to globally introducing our brands, Aspira and GS Astra.”
