LPGA has sunny disposition with Leaders Cosmetics tie-up

The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) has entered into a partnership with Leaders Cosmetics, which specialises in the production of facial masks and skincare products.

The three-year deal with the Korean company runs from 2017 to 2019 and names Leaders Cosmetics as the official sun care product of the LPGA.

LPGA players and fans will use Leaders Cosmetics’ sunscreen, cleansing and mask sheets products as part of the agreement.

The company will also sponsor the ‘Fresh Face on the LPGA’ rookie feature, which will air on pay-television broadcaster the Golf Channel. The feature will profile a new rookie on the LPGA Tour.

In addition, Leaders Cosmetics will benefit from digital integration on LPGA.com, as well as consumer sampling locations and on-site branding and product placement at designated events.

Leaders Cosmetics chief executive Kim Jin-Goo said: “We are pleased to be the first long-term cosmetics brand to establish an official partnership with the LPGA. We will strongly support the LPGA tournaments for the next three years and hope to grow global awareness of the Korean cosmetics and beauty industry.”
