Chinese internet company Le Sports has agreed a deal to replace MasterCard as the naming rights partner for the Wukesong Arena in Beijing.
The Yutang Sports agency said that the deal will run for five years, from 2016 to 2020.
From January 1, the 18,000-seat Wukesong Arena will be renamed the Le Sports Eco-center.
As part of the agreement, Le Sports has linked up with venue owner Bloomage International and Chinese telecommunications firm ZTE to set up a company that will run the arena.
The Wukesong Arena was used to stage basketball events during Beijing’s hosting of the 2008 summer Olympic Games.
