Korean automotive manufacturer Kia has signed a new agreement with Surrey County Cricket Club through which it will retain naming rights to The Oval until the end of 2024.
As part of the deal, Kia will also continue to receive brand exposure on the front of Surrey’s shirts, while its logo will feature throughout The Oval.
Kia will also remain a part of Twenty20 matches at The Oval through the Kia Catch initiative, which gives fans who catch a six the chance to win £1,000 (€1,100/$1,300).
The partnership will include digital content across club channels, including the Kia Masterclass, through which club legend Mark Butcher and members of the squad offer tips on cricketing skills.
Surrey first partnered with Kia in 2010. The new deal extends the two parties’ relationship to 14 years.
