Korean automotive company Kia has renewed its title sponsorship of the Kia Classic LPGA Tour golf tournament.
The company has agreed a three-year extension to its partnership with the Ladies Professional Golf Association to remain the title sponsor of the 2016, 2017 and 2018 editions of the event. Kia has been a partner of the tournament since its inception in 2010.
The winner of this year’s event, US golfer Cristie Kerr (pictured), was awarded a Kia K900 car, the official vehicle of the LPGA.
Next year’s Kia Classic will be held at the Aviara Golf Club in Carlsbad, California from March 21-27.
