Golf’s Ladies European Tour has sealed a sponsorship deal with currency conversion service KBR Foreign Exchange (KBRFX).
The agreement will run for three years, from 2015 to 2017.
Under the deal, KBRFX will serve as an official partner of the tour’s flagship Ladies European Masters. This year’s edition will take place from July 2-5 at Buckinghamshire Golf Club near London, where South Korea's Kim In-kyung (pictured) will defend her title.
“KBRFX is a company which fits perfectly with our global tour and can provide the best service and exchange rate for our organisation, which operates at least 24 golf tournaments in 18 countries across four continents,” the tour’s chief executive, Ivan Khodabakhsh, said. “This agreement reflects the increasing appeal of women’s professional golf and how businesses want to be associated with winning performances.”
