The Houston Dynamo have signed the first airline partnership in the MLS, in a deal with Turkish Airlines.
The agreement will make Turkish national carrier the Official Airline Partner of the Houston franchise.
The deal also will aim to bring additional visibility to Turkish Airlines cargo sub unit.
John Walker, president of president of business operations at Dynamo, said: “We are proud to partner with a world-class brand like Turkish Airlines and to help deliver additional visibility to Turkish Cargo.
“This partnership exemplifies and validates the international reach that Major League Soccer in Houston provides to global brands.”
Turkish Airlines is the world’s largest airline by number of destinations served worldwide.
