Global consumer finance provider Home Credit Group has entered into a partnership with Chinese Super League football club Tianjin Teda.
The three-year agreement will cover the 2016 to 2018 CSL seasons. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, Home Credit Group’s branding will appear on the sleeve of Tianjin Teda’s playing jerseys. The announcement comes after the company recently agreed a similar deal with fellow CSL team Shandong Luneng Taishan.
“The company has set up its Chinese headquarters in Tianjin and is an important enterprise in the area,” Tianjin Teda general manager Gao Yingqin said. “We are looking forward to co-operating with them and hope our partnership will turn out to be a successful one.”
Tianjin Teda’s new Home Credit Group-branded kit will be worn for the first time during the club’s home game against Guangzhou R&F on Saturday.
