Clothing brand Henri Lloyd has expanded its association with the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race to take on title sponsorship of a boat in the endurance sailing event.
The British company became the official technical clothing partner of the Clipper Race in 2005 and now lends its name to one of the yachts competing in the 2013-14 edition.
Throughout the 40,000 mile, 11 month race, Team Henri Lloyd will promote the label’s specialist marine clothing and lifestyle apparel.
The 2013-14 Clipper Race sets sail from London on September 1 and will visit 14 ports on six continents before the fleet returns in July 2014.
