The International Hockey Federation (FIH) has signed a two-year extension to its preferred supplier agreement with lighting technology company Musco Lighting.
Under the deal, Musco Lighting will provide pitch lighting products and installation to the winner of the FIH Pablo Negre Award.
The Pablo Negre Award is presented at the FIH Congress to the national hockey association that has undertaken the best work to increase hockey’s popularity over a two-year period. The next FIH Congress will take place in Dubai in November 2016.
FIH chief executive Kelly Fairweather said: “Long term preferred supplier agreements with suppliers who share our vision are of paramount importance to achieving our 10 year strategy. Excellent facilities and the provision of these facilities are key to the continued growth of hockey across the globe.”
