NFL American football team the San Francisco 49ers has agreed a multi-year sponsorship deal with insurance firm Esurance.
Under the term of the contract, Esurance becomes the exclusive car, motorcycle, homeowners and renters insurance sponsor of the 49ers.
Highlighting the agreement, the direct-to-consumer insurance provider becomes the presenting sponsor of the team's new fan engagement program, Faithful 49. Designed to provide unique benefits to the team's most loyal fans, the program features a competitive element that rewards fans for their everyday activity following their team, rather than just their dollars spent.
Esurance’s partnership also includes digital signage and other promotional elements within the 49ers’ new Levi's Stadium as well as permanent branding on the homepage of the Faithful 49 program and promotion on the team's mobile app and official website.
