UK parcel delivery company DPD has opted to expand its existing relationship with Stoke City by becoming a sponsor of the English Premier League football club.
The deal will run for two years, from the 2015-16 season through to the end of the 2016-17 campaign.
Under the premium partnership deal, DPD will acquire the naming rights to one of the stands at the club’s Britannia Stadium home. The newly named DPD Stand will feature a range of company branding.
In addition, DPD will take on the role of official logistics partner of the club and receive further presence within the Britannia Stadium.
DPD has been working with the club for a number of years but the new deal will formalise and expand this existing relationship.
