Financial services company Momentum has extended its partnership with Cricket South Africa.
The new five-year deal will run until 2022 and grants Momentum continued sponsorship of all one-day cricket in South Africa.
The company will continue as the naming-rights sponsor of South Africa’s women’s national team, which will continue to be known as the Momentum Proteas.
The partnership also covers the Momentum Friendship Games and the Momentum Schools Weeks development initiatives.
CSA chief executive Haroon Lorgat said: “Momentum is a very special partner who contributes at every level – from grassroots to their higher profile contributions at franchise and international level.
“Momentum have demonstrated a perfect fit for CSA and we had no hesitation to extend our partnership. They live their values and passionately support our vision to make cricket accessible to all and to make South Africa a nation of winners.
“I cannot let this moment pass without acknowledging the real difference they made to professionalise our national women’s team. They are the most fitting headline sponsor for women's cricket.”
South Africa reached the semi-finals of this year’s Women’s World Cup before being knocked out by eventual winners England.
