Australian-owned Coopers Brewery has signed a five-year extension to its stadium naming rights agreement for the home of A-League football team Adelaide United.
The new deal will begin immediately after the conclusion of an initial five-year agreement, which was signed in July 2013 and will run until 2018.
Under the new agreement, the club’s home stadium will be known as Coopers Stadium until 2023.
The extended deal also includes pourage rights at the stadium.
Cam Pearce, national sales and marketing director at Coopers, said: “A recent upgrade at the stadium, including new seating, new food and beverage outlets in the eastern entry plaza and a new lift in the western grandstand, has made the venue even more attractive to A-League soccer fans, particularly supporters of Adelaide United.”
