University Hospitals (UH) in Cleveland has reached a 10-year sponsorship agreement with its local NFL American football team Cleveland Browns.
Under the deal, which extends to 2024, UH will benefit from extensive signage and advertising opportunities at the Browns’ FirstEnergy Stadium.
The commercial tie-up is part of a wider collaboration that makes UH the official health care partner of Cleveland Browns over the same period.
UH’s case medical centre will provide a team of specialists to cover every aspect of the Browns’ healthcare needs, collaborating with the team to co-create a new sports medicine programme based on medical and scientific research to improve the athletic performance and overall health of the team’s players.
Additionally, UH will provide urgent care at the FirstEnergy Stadium and a range of health and wellness initiatives for Browns supporters.
