English Premier League football club Everton has sealed an agreement with UK brewer Molson Coors.
Under the agreement, Everton will provide beer brand Carling at its Goodison Park stadium from the start of the 2017-18 season.
The length of the multi-year deal was not disclosed, but Carling will have exclusive pouring rights at the stadium and will be given prominent branding exposure at home league and domestic cup matches.
Carling lager will be available in bottle and draught form from all Goodison Park kiosks for the team’s final pre-season friendly against Sevilla on August 6.
Carling was the inaugural title sponsor of the Premier League, from 1992-93 to 2000-01, before returning as an official beer partner of the competition at the start of the 2016-17 campaign.
Carling was also the title sponsor of the domestic League Cup for nine seasons, from 2003 to 2012.
