Newly-formed South African Premier Soccer League club Cape Town City has signed a kit deal with UK sportswear manufacturer Umbro.
The length of the deal was not disclosed, although the club confirmed that a “long-term partnership” had been agreed. Umbro will supply Cape Town’s playing kit as part of the agreement.
The 2016-17 PSL season begins next month and will mark the club’s first as Cape Town City. The new franchise was formed earlier this year following the disbandment of former PSL club Mpumalanga Black Aces.
