German Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) clubs Ratiopharm Ulm and Bayern Munich have agreed premium partnerships with financial services group Allianz and software company SAP, respectively.
Allianz has upgraded its partnership with Ratiopharm Ulm and has signed a new four-year deal with the club. The agreement will cover the 2016-17 to 2019-20 seasons.
As a premium partner of Ratiopharm Ulm, Allianz’s branding will appear on the jerseys of the club’s youth teams. Allianz will also receive LED advertising exposure during the club’s first-team games.
Meanwhile, SAP has agreed a three-year deal with Bayern covering the 2016-17 to 2018-19 seasons.
After three games of the 2016-17 BBL season, Bayern is second in the table, one place ahead of Ratiopharm Ulm.
