German sportswear company Erima has extended its partnership with the Austrian Olympic Committee (ÖOC).
The new four-year deal will run from 2017 to 2020, covering that year’s summer Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan and the 2018 winter Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
Erima will retain its position as a ‘top’ partner and the official outfitter of the ÖOC. Under the extended agreement, Erima will continue to provide clothing for athletes and other members of the Austrian delegation.
Erima first partnered with the ÖOC ahead of the 2010 winter Games in Vancouver, Canada.
Austria secured only one medal at the 2016 summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Thomas Zajac and Tanja Frank (pictured) claimed bronze in sailing’s Nacra 17 class.
