Indian Super League football club Mumbai City has signed real estate company ACE Group as its lead sponsor for the upcoming 2015 season.
As part of the deal, which was announced via the club’s official Twitter account, Mumbai City will display ACE Group branding on the front of its jerseys.
The two parties were in partnership for last year’s inaugural ISL season and ACE Group are set to become more heavily involved during the 2015 campaign.
Actor Ranbir Kapoor, owner of Mumbai City, said: “The brand understands the importance of the sport and they believe, as we do, the commitment and support it requires. They wanted to associate this year at a larger level.”
Mumbai City, which is managed by former Chelsea, Real Madrid and Arsenal striker Nicolas Anelka (pictured), begins its ISL season at Pune City on October 5.
