TGI Sport’s trio of acquisitions likely to preface aggressive rights push

  • Amazon could seek to implement virtual advertising as part of media rights deal
TGI Sport, the Bruin Capital and Quadrant Private Equity-backed media and marketing agency, has been on the acquisition trail in recent weeks, announcing three deals in quick succession that have strengthened its position in the virtual and LED advertising market.

As reported by SportBusiness, the company has spent approximately $150m (£139m/€155m) acquiring specialist virtual advertising solutions company the Interregional Sports Group (ISG), US-based virtual advertising technology and product placement company Brand Brigade and finally London-based sports advertising agency Sportseen.
