Brands starting to see potential of augmented reality

FRONTIERS REPORTED in late 2011 that Tottenham Hotspur shirt sponsor, augmented reality (AR) company Aurasma was making fairly slow progress engaging Spurs fans with its software (see here). So, we were interested to learn that this wasn’t its intention at all. The deal was in fact a cunning plan to puts its logo where other brands would look and thereby get their attention for a new advertising opportunity.
