UAE Pro League football club Al Ain has announced a long-term kit deal with US sportswear giant Nike.
The agreement is effective from the opening of Al Ain’s new Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, with the 25,000-seat facility due to be completed later this year.
Nike replaces German-based rival Adidas as the Pro League champion’s kit supplier and will also provide training wear and kit to the club’s age-group teams.
Through its official distributor in the UAE, Sun and Sand Sports, Nike will assist Al Ain in its merchandising strategy.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
