The Jordan Football Association has extended its partnership with soft drinks manufacturer Pepsi.
Under the new one-year deal, Pepsi’s Aquafina water brand will serve as the exclusive beverage of the JFA and the Jordanian League. The JFA signed the agreement with the Pepsi Jordan division of the company.
Pepsi Jordan first partnered with the JFA in 2009. The company will continue to support activities and events organised by the JFA, such as the Prince Ali Centers.
Motasem Salameh, Pepsi Jordan’s human resources manager, said: “We are proud to renew our partnership with JFA for the ninth consecutive year, playing a role in supporting football locally, and continually aspiring to elevate Jordan’s position worldwide, by helping JFA to make its mark on the global sports map.
“This step goes hand in hand with our well-established belief in encouraging local society members to practice sports and adopt a healthy lifestyle.”
